Comments: Had some of the church walkways replaced. He got the job done in 2 days. We did ask him to adjust the bill. Because he used 4" of concrete & not 6". I guess you don't know the depth until you take out the old concrete. We also had him paint safety strips on some of the steps at an additional charge. The insurance company should be happy now.

He was able to provide an estimate using cell phone photos, and sent me photos as the project was underway. His response time was quick. He and his crew are very professional and friendly and you are at ease with them. You felt 'safe', meaning, you didn't have the feeling that they were going to cheat you or they were going to steal from you. I have a friend who had a few contractors come in and steal. She should of used Victor. I can't say enough about this company. The work is beautiful and they even cleaned the screen on my windows. They did pointing/brick work
